Parents and Students, you need to have this parent permission form filled out for the state if you are taking a concurrent enrollment class. If you are applying to Salt Lake Community College when it asks you to pay the application fee, it will say $0. For SLCC, you will then need to apply at SLCC Concurrent Enrollment. You may start with this application for other colleges and it will then direct you to the college's website application page.
Please remember that there are four different steps that must be taken when you register for concurrent enrollment.
1st: You must apply to the college specific for your class and pay the application fee (usually $35 or $40) Currently SLCC is free for concurrent enrollment.
2nd: After you have received your student number you need to create your mypage(SLCC) or similar page for that college.
3rd: You need to register for the classes with the specific CRN for that class and section.
4th: You need to pay your tuition which is $5.00 per credit hour.

Certain concurrent enrollment classes have pre-requisites (Math and English classes need ACT scores or a placement test). If you need to take a placement test you may do so by clicking the link and signing up to take either the Math, English or both. These tests are currently being done remotely.
